How many treatments do I need?
Since everyone’s individual needs, goals and body types differ, it is important to set realistic expectations. You will feel a difference in your body after 3 weekly treatments but you will be able to visibly see a difference after 6-8 treatments. With a series of at least 15-25 treatments at 2-3 treatments a week, you will obtained notable results.
Does Endermologie hurt?
Although they are intense, ENDERMOLOGIE Body and Face should never hurt!
Instead, during and after the session, you have a true sense of well-being! If the session is painful, the setting is incorrect. Do not hesitate to speak with your practitioner.

How long do results last?
Endermologie should be accompanied by a healthy diet, lots of water and exercise. Once you achieve your goal, you can maintain your results by continuing with your healthy diet regimen and exercising at least 3 times a week. If you do this, your results can last years. Maintenance treatments are also recommended twice a month to prolong results.
